William (Will) P. Munck is an associate in the corporate group. Will represents clients on contracts, purchase agreements, and stock offerings and he also supports the firm’s sports and electronic gaming practices. 

Will has worked in various roles at the firm, starting as an accounting file clerk and moving up to a research assistant position where he analyzed the financial status of companies by collecting operational data, identifying trends, growth potential, and company value. He also worked as a litigation clerk, organizing, and reviewing documents as well as conducting legal and factual research. Will clerked twice at MWM, from November 2020 – February 2021 and again in November 2021 – February 2022. Will earned his B.A. in political science and economics from Southern Methodist University. During undergrad, he was a member of the Dean’s List, a member of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society, and a member of the Alpha Mu Tau clinical professional honor society. He received his J.D. from Baylor Law School. 

In his free time, Will enjoys skiing, traveling, e-sports, and all things Disney.
