Kristin Kosinski is an accomplished attorney specializing in intellectual property and trademark law. Kristin serves domestic and international clients across diverse industries including entertainment, finance, fashion, health, technology, beverages, and more. She ensures clients’ interests are protected and sensible strategies are developed and executed, whether in brand name clearance, enforcement, or exploitation; entertainment contracts; or luxury goods trademark licensing.

Kristin also skillfully represents clients in copyright matters, domain name conflicts, and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings.  

She also has notable experience in patent law, preparing and prosecuting applications in various areas such as wearable devices, cosmetics, beauty products, nutrition supplements, biotechnology, and consumer products. Furthermore, Kristin actively assists companies in intellectual property aspects of corporate transactions and financing, ensuring proper protection of intellectual assets and a solid intellectual property strategy for both established and start-up businesses.

Kristin is an adjunct professor teaching Trademark, Unfair Competition, and Unfair Trade Practices at Pepperdine Law School and brings her love of all things trademark to the seminar. Teaching to law students has been a joy, and she hopes to inspire others to pursue careers advocating and supporting others in protecting their ideas, businesses, and creations in a wide range of existing and emerging markets and technologies.
