Stephens supports the firm’s growing soft IP practice that focuses on trademark, copyright, and trade secret transactional and dispute work with attorneys in Miami, Dallas, Austin, and LA. Stephens brings five years of legal experience in trademark and copyright clearance, prosecution, and enforcement; rights of publicity enforcement; and IP licensing and transactions. She previously worked as an associate at Norton Rose Fulbright.
Stephens earned her J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law, where she received several academic awards, including the Dean’s Achievement Award twice. For her undergraduate degree, Stephens attended Texas A&M University where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and earned various academic honors.
