Munck Wilson Mandala, a leading technology focused law firm, is pleased to welcome associate Michele (Chele) Naudin to the award-winning litigation team. Naudin brings impressive litigation experience and a highly accomplished academic background. She previously worked as an associate at Lynn Pinker Hurst & Schwegmann LLP in Dallas, TX, where she was a key member of the firm’s litigation team, managing all phases of litigation and dispute matters.

“We are excited to welcome Chele to our team,” said Michael McCabe, co-chair of MWM’s litigation practice. “We are confident that Chele’s skills and expertise will greatly benefit our clients and contribute to our ongoing success.”

Among Naudin’s notable accomplishments, she drafted 15 petitions and 11 applications for temporary restraining orders, independently managed three TRO and two temporary injunction hearings, managed four arbitration proceedings, argued more than 30 discovery motions and seven motions for summary judgment, and supported her partners in a two-week jury trial for a $30 million case. Additionally, she clerked for the Honorable Reed O’Connor at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, where she managed a third of the civil docket and drafted complex memorandum opinions.

Naudin graduated cum laude from Baylor Law School in May 2020, where she was in the top 10 percent of her class.
