Munck Wilson Mandala welcomes senior associate Tracy J. Carson to the firm’s award-winning litigation group. Carson joins MWM’s Dallas office, focusing his practice on complex commercial litigation. He previously worked as a senior associate at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough in Plano, Texas.
Carson represents clients in business torts, breach of contract and fraud cases, automotive products liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, construction law, and other complex litigation. He also has experience serving as an attorney’s fee expert before state and federal courts.
Carson received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and his BS with honors from the University of Texas at Austin.
