Munck Wilson Mandala has added Susan Hogan as senior counsel in the firm’s corporate practice group. Hogan brings a broad-based corporate background, with more than 20 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and a wide range of other business transactions, as well as domestic and international corporate governance and general corporate and contract matters.
Hogan earned her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. She holds a B.A. from Southern Methodist University, where she graduated summa cum laude with Distinction in English and Honors in the liberal arts. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Prior to joining Munck Wilson Mandala, Hogan served as senior corporate counsel for Copart, Inc. (NASDAQ: CPRT) at its Dallas headquarters.
