Munck Wilson Mandala is looking to add experienced corporate transactional partners with books of business to its offices in Dallas, Austin, Waco, and Miami. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with corporate, M&A, and/or real estate matters and a portable client base. Candidates must have proven business development skills and a desire to contribute to the growth of the practice. Desired qualifications include:

  • At least 8 years of corporate transactional experience with either a large law firm or a sophisticated corporate boutique
  • Excellent client management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Book of business required (at least $500K ideal)
  • Licensed in Texas, Florida, or California

Munck Wilson Mandala is currently seeking IP/patent prosecution attorneys with three to five years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications for our Dallas, Austin, Houston, and Waco offices. A technical background and degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science is required. Advanced degree preferred. Candidates must be eligible to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
