Anton N. Handal has over 40 years of first-chair litigation experience in Federal, State, and Administrative Tribunals and has been recognized by Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America, in 2023, 2024, 2025 and as a Law Firm Visionary by the LA Times.

Mr. Handal has been lead counsel in over 170 patent litigation matters, has argued cases in the United States Federal Circuit Court of Appeal, the Patent Trial and Appeals Board, Federal Appeals Courts, District Court, and State Courts. He also successfully tried cases in the International Trade Commission and handled 17 PTAB IPRs, taking three to a favorable Final Determination.
